Cllr Ron Mushiso has launched a petition to Hounslow council against its plans to reduce street lighting levels, and perhaps turn street lights off after midnight, to save £200,000 across the borough. Ron will present the petition to the budget-setting borough council meeting on Tuesday, 25th February 2025.
